Since 1999, n-Link has managed day-to-day operations of technical teams meeting complex business requirements for the team providing occupational health services to Federal departments and agencies across the country and in Puerto Rico and Guam.​

Department of Commerce (DOC)
n-Link's program management for DOC projects encompasses operations, systems development, and special project components. We manage multiple contracts by applying ITIL and PMI processes and principles to deliver cost-effective IT solutions and ensure program component transparency.


US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

For the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, n-Link project Mmnagers implemented common solutions to create mature, streamlined, and repeatable processes and templates to effectively increase productivity; reduce work cycle time; and improve repeatable activity visibility. We led cross-organizational teams consisting of 30+ full-time employees across multiple locations to assist agency project managers with implementing best practices; ensuring alignment with the Federal Enterprise Architecture governance model; mentoring; and training agency development teams.
