US Department of Agriculture (USDA)
For USDA OCIO’s eGov Office, n-Link designed and integrated the first Federal Government enterprise-wide eAuthentication service that met USDA’s 29 independently funded sub-agency needs. n-Link designed and implemented a mobile Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12) enrollment program for the USDA. Our mobile approach deployed 47 registrars on circuits of 3-5 cities for over 6 months covering 161 cities to enroll 160,000 federal employees. Roughly 100,000 are were located in two-thousand offices in rural towns all across the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the Pacific Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Due to the great success of the USDA Enrollment Program, an inter-agency group was formed to include the Department of the Interior, Department of Energy, Department of the Treasury, Office of Personnel Management, and General Services Administration, to operate a second cycle of enrollment stations for all of the agencies.
