Employee retention is an important factor in maintaining valuable project knowledge and expertise. In an effort to cultivate a family-like environment, we have implemented a variety of programs to encourage the two-way communications necessary to maintain our cohesive employee ownership culture. Such strategies include:

  • ​TEAM (The Employee Annual Meeting) for employee owners and their families to meet off-site; to learn about n-Link, network with one another; and engage in fun events with their fellow employee owners

  • ​Monthly luncheons foster collaboration among our corporate management team and our field performers

  • ​Promotion and sponsorship of company-wide and project-wide competitions that create fun and project site awareness, such as company-wide scavenger hunts

  • ​Quarterly Executive site visits to meet with the customers and to brief employee owners on a variety of topics from company financial performance to upcoming company events
