n-Link is a small business based in Bend, Oregon and operating in Crystal City, Virginia to serve Federal and commercial clients around the world. Over the past 21 years, we have provided expert services to the Department of Defense, Federal civilian agencies, and specialized commercial entities. Department of Commerce, OCIO Network and Telecommunications
In 2011, n-Link was awarded a 5-Year $43M FFP/CPFF prime contract supporting the Department of Commerce (DOC) headquarters OCIO. The DOC OCIO is responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the DOC network and telecommunications infrastructure; development and ongoing maintenance of the agency’s enterprise applications; and development and implementation of the DOC Enterprise Architecture, spanning IT systems and technical services across the department’s operating units.


​Department of Energy – Bonneville Power Administration, Transmission Operations Services (TOS) Software Support
Bonneville Power Administration's Transmission Operations Systems (TOS) are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Electrical Transmission Grid in the Northwest region of the United States. Since 2001 n-Link personnel have provided technical assistance to TOS in the design, development and maintenance of many of these critical cyber assets.


Department of Health and Human Services Federal Occupational Health (DHHS FOH), Business Technology Services
n-Link has provided staff at Federal Occupational Health (FOH) to develop technical solutions, to enhance business intelligence, to support help desk operations, and to develop communications products in support of FOH's three business divisions: Medical Clinical, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Environmental Health (EH). n-Link’s support for FOH has touched the working lives of over 1,600 FOH staff, 640 federal agencies, and 820,000 federal employees and their families in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Guam.


​Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO), FHEO Fair Housing Portal and FHEO Data Warehouse
n-Link provides project management, senior technical programming, and application/database engineering to the Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) group of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to transform its current IT system environment into a Business Portal that includes robust and flexible on-line transaction processing application and a data warehouse with data analysis and reporting capabilities.

​​U.S. Army, Battle Command Family of Products Development Program, ​Strategic Battle Command 
n-Link employee-owners have been supporting Lockheed Martin in development of Strategic Battle Command’s (SBC) Battle Command Web thin client (BC Web) since June 2010. BC Web is a browser-based geospatial collaborative user-driven situational awareness, mission planning, and operations support tool. The system is based upon the common Ozone Widget Framework (OWF) and further extends this framework to provide powerful collaboration and system interoperability among multiple data sources.


U.S. Army (Alternative Service) Distributed Learning System (DLS) Digital Training Facility Management
In September 2009, n-Link Corporation was awarded the DLS DTFM contract which plays a key role in the Army’s training of all troops worldwide. The DLS Program provides the enterprise architecture for managing and providing the underlying infrastructure that delivers standardized training to Soldiers and other learners anywhere and at any time. It provides the Army with a fully automated, seamless, and web-accessible training network. n-Link provides the program management, quality assurance management and marketing support, as well as the Digital Training Facility Managers for 217 Digital Training Facilities (DTFs) at 88 locations worldwide.


U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Enhanced Generic Data Acquisition and Control System (GDACS) Data Distribution and Task Parallelization
Generic Data Acquisition and Control System (GDACS) is a US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) developed Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system used to control 12 dams on the Columbia and Snake Rivers. The initial project as conceived after the 1996 Western North American summer blackouts on the west coast. The GDACS goals are to develop a common hydroelectric control system owned by the US government that reduces total lifecycle costs, is integrated with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) system operation, automates data collection for salmon and improves dam system reliability.


U.S. Census Bureau, ​Software Testing and Programming Instructional Design and Development

​n-Link provided software testing services to support the alpha testing of the MaRCS applications for the various 2008 Census Dress Rehearsal and 2010 CCM operations and the 2010 NRFU RI operation and post decennial evaluations. n-Link receives, catalogues, dispatches, and tracks questions and issues pertaining to the user acceptance testing (UAT) conducted by census staff at the National Processing Center (NPC) in Jeffersonville, IN, as well as provide support for decennial evaluation operations.


USDA Farm Services Agency (FSA) Program Office Oversight, Program Management (Federal Enterprise Architecture, Quality Control, and Common Solutions Support)

USDA OCIO NITC, Enterprise Application Services, eAuthentication Identity Management Initiatives
n-Link has provided systems and application integration, project management, and budget services since 2002 for four (4) major USDA OCIO Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives: eAuthentication, the Enterprise Identity Management System (EIMS), HSPD-12, and Enterprise Entitlement Management System (EEMS). This initiative has evolved to become USDA’s enterprise IAM solution for authentication and authorization Department-wide across USDA’s 29 agencies as well as for their public customers.
