GSA - Alliant Small Business (ASB)


The Alliant Small Business Government-wide Acquisition Contract provides Federal agencies with flexible access to customized IT solutions developed by n-Link. This IDIQ enables our team of experts to work with potential agency customers to plan long-term, scalable IT support programs and fill agency small business procurement requirements. As part of a Joint Venture, the n-Link/LSG JV has been awarded multiple Task Orders to perform a variety of services for the Federal government.

Fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour, and time-and-materials task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services and meeting your mission requirements. Also allows for small business set-asides.


SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation. SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the Marine Corps us this vehicle to compete their service requirements amongst 2,400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The Training and Management Assistance Program (TMA) manages a five-year multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle. Through an expedited procurement process, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) offers Government agencies a cadre of pre-qualified commercial firms with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing customized training and human capital solutions to improve individual, group, and enterprise performance. OPM manages more than 800 projects annually and supports more than 200 Federal customers.

For more than 60 years, NTIS has assured businesses, universities, and the public timely access to approximately 3 million publications covering over 350 subject areas.
