Ray Caruso's Biography Ray has been involved in government contracting for over 30 years. Prior to his current position as the Chief Operating Officer at n-Link he spent over three years at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. At the NRC, Ray supported the CIO in leading special projects ranging from development of the agency's IT disaster recovery program to representing the agency in responding to OMBs Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative. Ray spent 15 years as the Vice President of software development at American Systems, a $200M IT consulting company in Chantilly, VA. As COO of n-Link, he oversees operations for the company for 20 contracts including an Army training support contract both here and abroad. Personal Chief Operating Officer.
